This capstone brings all of that together. You will take on the role of a professional asked to produce something practical for their team, using AI tools to do the heavy lifting while applying your own judgment at every step that matters.

Build Your Team's Internal AI Usage Guide
Context
You work in operations at a mid-sized professional services company. Your manager has asked you to put together a one-page internal guide on using AI tools safely and effectively. The team has mixed experience: some colleagues use AI daily, others have never tried it. The guide needs to be practical, not theoretical. It should help people make good decisions quickly, not overwhelm them with policy language.
Your Task
Use an AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot) to draft a one-page internal guide for your team. The guide must cover four areas: when to use AI at work, when not to use AI, three practical use cases relevant to your team's actual work, and a hallucination-prevention checklist with at least four steps. Write a prompt for each section separately, then assemble the outputs into a coherent guide. After assembling, annotate two or three places where you applied human judgment to correct, adjust, or add nuance to the AI output.

A one-page guide draft (450 to 600 words) written with AI assistance, with a brief reflection of two to three sentences on which parts required the most human judgment and why.
