The Practice Pro badge is a profile badge shown at deliberateacademy.com/u/[handle]. It signals that you actively help colleagues build AI skills — a quality employers increasingly value.
Honest note: The badge is earned once per unique referral who completes a certificate. Referring multiple colleagues does not stack additional badges — one referral that converts is all it takes.

- Yes — you need a free account to generate your unique referral link. Your colleague does not need to use your link to access courses; it only tracks the referral credit.
- How long does tracking last?
- The referral is tracked for 30 days from the click. If your colleague earns a certificate within 30 days, you receive the badge.
- Can I see who I've referred?
- Not currently — we're working on a referral dashboard.
- Does my colleague pay anything, or need a referral code?
- No — courses and certificates are always free, so your colleague pays nothing to take the course and earn their certificate. There are no separate referral codes either; your link simply includes your handle so we can attribute the referral to you.
