Hallucination
What is Hallucination?
When an AI model generates plausible-sounding but factually incorrect or fabricated information. A known limitation of current LLMs that requires human verification.
Example in practice
A marketing manager using Claude to draft campaign briefs would notice hallucination if the model invents a product feature that doesn't exist — the output sounds credible but contradicts the actual product.
